After choosing it, we fix the recruitment process and choose the right company to work in.
After completing the recruitment process, we move forward with the medical diagnosis. Now, suppose a candidates' interview, skills, and recruitment are done but doesn't pass the medical tests. In that case, it is impossible to send them for work in a different environment, even a different country, most of the time. So, it's essential to complete their medical tests from a foreign workers medical checkup center that has the experience and right amount of experience. It makes us confident about the test report and because a candidate's future depends on it.
On completion of medical check-up, the jobseekers are brought under our own training center. Then as per the requirement of the employer the individual is trained up in various trades.
On completion of the total process, all those required documents (Passport, Photo, Biodata and specific Training Certificate) to the respective employer.
Soon approved the visa/e-visa/employment pass is in hand, we go for booking flight ticket as according to the schedule of the employer. The workers are given a one-week pre-notice to get ready themselves for the schedule flight. On the flight day we take them to the airport by our own company bus.
